31 Tex. Admin. Code § 363.13 - Preliminary Engineering Feasibility Report
(a) An Applicant shall submit copies of a
preliminary engineering feasibility report, signed and sealed by a professional
engineer registered in the State of Texas. The report, based on guidelines
provided by the executive administrator, shall provide:
(1) a description and purpose of the
project;
(2) the entities to be
served and current and future population;
(3) the cost of the project;
(4) a description of alternatives considered
and reasons for the selection of the project proposed;
(5) sufficient information to evaluate the
engineering feasibility of the project;
(6) maps and drawings as necessary to locate
and describe the project area; and
(7) a general description of the existing
system.
(b) The executive
administrator may request additional information or data as necessary to
evaluate the project.
(c) The board
may waive or modify the requirements of this section for any program or
category of applications covered by this subchapter.
