37 Tex. Admin. Code § 14.63 - Location
(a) The location of an
advertisement (s) on the exterior of a bus shall be limited to:
(1) the left rear quarter-panel of the bus,
beginning at least three inches behind the rear wheel and not closer than four
inches from the lower edge of the window line; and
(2) above the windows on the right and left
sides of the bus, near the rear of the vehicle, not to extend forward of the
rear axle.
(b)
Advertisement (s) shall be at least three inches from any required lettering,
lamp, wheel well, reflector, or emergency exit location.
(c) Advertisement (s) shall not be placed on
or interfere with the operation of any door, window, lamp, reflector, or other
device.
(d) Any reflective tape
between the floorline and beltline of the bus which is covered by an
advertisement should be replaced above or below the advertisement .
