4 Tex. Admin. Code § 230.4 - Standardized Test

(a) A standardized test, to be administered to all applicants seeking status as a certified and insured prescribed burn manager shall be:
(1) developed by the Board, or, in the discretion of the Board, a subcommittee appointed by the Board;
(2) reviewed annually by lead burn instructors at the annual lead burn instructor meeting to make sure all examination instructions, questions and tasks are up to date and cover all required curriculum; and
(3) approved by the Board.
(b) Any subcommittee appointed by the Board under this section shall include, at a minimum, one Board member as chair and one lead burn instructor from each of the five eco-regions described in § RSA 226.4(d) of this title, relating to training.
(c) A minimum passing grade for the standardized test will be 70%.
