40 Tex. Admin. Code § 453.1 - Historically Underutilized Business Program

In accordance with Texas Government Code § 2161.003, the commission adopts by reference the rules promulgated by the Comptroller of Public Accounts as set forth in 34 TAC Part 1, Chapter 20, Subchapter B, regarding the Historically Underutilized Business Program.
