40 Tex. Admin. Code § 807.195 - Conduct Policy
The school shall submit for approval a copy of the rules and regulations pertaining to conduct, which shall include statements regarding:
(1) conditions for
dismissal; and
(2) conditions for
reenrollment of those students dismissed for violating the conduct
policy.
