12 Va. Admin. Code § 5-600-110 - Late fees and administrative charges

Current through Register Vol.. 38, No. 17, April 11, 2022

In addition to the powers in 12VAC5-600-40, operation fees not received or postmarked by the due date shall be subject to interest, administrative charges, and late penalty fees in accordance with § 2.2-4805 of the Code of Virginia.
