12 Va. Admin. Code § 5-610-400 - Revocation of sewage handling permits
A. Each permit shall be for a time period not
to exceed 12 months.
B. Each permit
may be revoked when conditions are changed from those shown in the
application.
C. Each permit may be
revoked when there is a potential or real health hazard associated with the
sewage handling operation.
