addition to the required renewal fee. A license shall automatically lapse if
the licensee fails to renew by the expiration date. The practice of veterinary
medicine without a current, active license is unlawful and may subject the
licensee to disciplinary action by the board.
Reinstatement of licenses expired for more
than one year shall be at the discretion of the board. To reinstate a license,
the licensee shall pay the reinstatement fee as prescribed in
evidence of completion of continuing education hours as required by §
of the Code of
