4 Va. Admin. Code § 5-30-160 - Cabins
A. Use of state
park cabins, camping cabins, lodges, and yurts shall only be permitted pursuant
to the reservation acknowledgment, reservation confirmation, or established
department policy dealing with reservations, registration, occupancy, prices,
length of stay, and rental period.
B. Damage to any park cabin, camping cabin,
lodge, or yurt not considered normal wear and tear may be billed to the person
registering for the cabin on an itemized cost basis in accordance with the
reservation acknowledgment or reservation confirmation.
