9 Va. Admin. Code § 5-40-60 - Applicability and designation of affected facility

A. The affected facilities to which the provisions of this article apply are the following:

1. Each source of visible emissions; and

2. Each source of fugitive dust/emissions.

B. The provisions of this article apply throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.
