9 Va. Admin. Code § 5-40-8290 - Operating requirements

A. No owner or other person shall operate any SSI unit in a manner that does not comply with the provisions of subsection B of this section.
B. The provisions of 40 CFR 60.5170 and 40 CFR 60.5175 apply.
