Wash. Admin. Code § 132D-125-040 - Right to copy education records
(1) The dean of administrative and student
services shall, at the request of a student, provide the student with copies of
the student's education records. The fees for providing such copies shall not
exceed the actual cost to the university of providing the copies.
(2) Official copies of transcripts from other
educational institutions, such as high school or other college transcripts,
will not be provided to students by the college.
