Wash. Admin. Code § 132P-116-100 - Permit revocation
Parking permits are the property of the college and may be recalled for any of the following reasons:
(1) When the purpose for which the permit was
issued changes or no longer exists.
(2) When a permit is used for an unregistered
vehicle or by an unregistered individual.
(3) Continued violation of college parking
and traffic rules and regulations.
(4) Counterfeiting or altering a parking
permit.
