Wash. Admin. Code § 132P-116-170 - Parking in prohibited places
(1) No person shall stop, stand, or park any
vehicle so as to obstruct traffic along or upon any street or
sidewalk.
(2) No vehicle shall be
parked at any place where official signs or other markings prohibit parking, or
within fifteen feet of a fire hydrant.
(3) No person shall park in a place where
there is not a parking stall designated by lines or signs.
