Wash. Admin. Code § 16-439-210 - Grades
(1) The following
grades apply to summer and fall pears packed and marketed in Washington state:
(a) Washington extra fancy;
(b) Washington fancy;
(c) Washington combination; and
(d) Washington C grade.
(2) All pears packed and marketed in
Washington state that are graded to U.S. grade standards must also meet the
requirements of the lowest Washington state grade or better.
