Wash. Admin. Code § 16-439-216 - Culls
(1) Culls are pears
that do not conform to the grades and standards of pears in this chapter or
contain serious insect damage of not more than five percent.
(2) Infested culls are pears that do not
conform to the grades and standards of pears in this chapter and contain at
least five percent infestation from codling moth, San Jose scale, or other
horticultural pests.
