Wash. Admin. Code § 162-40-191 - General rule

A consumer reporting agency shall not report to a creditor any information relating to an applicant's race, creed, color, national origin, sex, or the presence of any sensory, mental, or physical disability or that the applicant uses a trained dog guide or service animal because of a disability.
