Wash. Admin. Code § 173-18-010 - Purpose
The department of ecology, pursuant to RCW 90.58.300, is designated the state agency responsible for the program of regulation of the shorelines of the state. This chapter delimits the streams and rivers and portions thereof which constitute shorelines of the state pursuant to RCW 90.58.030(2)(d) and (e).
