Wash. Admin. Code § 173-220-120 - Prohibited discharges
No permit issued by the department shall authorize any person to:
(1) Discharge any radiological,
chemical or biological warfare agent or high-level radioactive waste into
surface waters of the state;
(2)
Discharge any pollutants which the secretary of the army acting through the
chief, corps of engineers, finds would substantially impair anchorage and
navigation;
(3) Discharge any
pollutant to which the regional administrator, not having waived his/her right
to object pursuant to section 402(e) of the FWPCA, has objected in writing
pursuant to section 402(d) of the FWPCA;
(4) Discharge from a point source any
pollutant which is in conflict with the plan or amendment thereto approved
pursuant to section 208(b) of the FWPCA;
(5) Discharge any pollutant subject to a
toxic pollutant discharge prohibition under section 307 of FWPCA.
