Wash. Admin. Code § 173-322A-020 - Relation to other laws and rules
(1) Nothing in this chapter shall influence,
affect, or modify department programs, regulations, or enforcement of
applicable laws relating to hazardous waste site investigation and
cleanup.
(2) Nothing in this
chapter shall modify the order or decree the department has secured with
potentially liable persons or prospective purchasers for remedial action. The
execution of remedial actions pursuant to the order or decree shall in no way
be contingent upon the availability of grant funding.
(3) All grants and loans shall be subject to
existing accounting and auditing requirements of state laws and regulations
applicable to the issuance of grants and loans.
