Wash. Admin. Code § 173-423-025 - Effective date
This chapter is effective on January 1, 2006, provided the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has granted a waiver under 42 U.S.C. Sec. 7543 for the California motor vehicle emission standards adopted by reference in this chapter.
