Wash. Admin. Code § 173-441-100 - Addresses

All requests, notifications, and communications to ecology pursuant to this chapter, must be submitted in a format as specified by ecology to either of the following:

(1) For U.S. mail: Greenhouse Gas Reporting, Air Quality Program, Department of Ecology, P.O. Box 47600, Olympia, WA 98504-7600.
(2) For email: ghgreporting@ecy.wa.gov.
