Wash. Admin. Code § 183-09-010 - Election of chair and vice-chair

(1) The members of the commission shall elect a chair and vice-chair from among their membership as described in RCW 43.03.310(4). Generally, the election of a chair and vice-chair will occur at the commission's fall planning meeting.

(2) There is no set term of office for the chair or the vice-chair.

(3) Upon election, the chair and vice-chair will immediately assume their duties.

(4) The chair and vice-chair may be replaced by majority vote of the commission members at any time.
