Wash. Admin. Code § 183-10-010 - Commission member duties and responsibilities
Members of the commission are considered to be officers of the state and are required to follow the laws, rules, and regulations of the state of Washington. Commissioners are also required to follow the governing statutes and operating rules, policies, and procedures of the commission.
