Wash. Admin. Code § 208-680-165 - May the director waive fees under the act?
Yes. The director may waive any or all of the fees and assessments imposed under WAC 208-680-155, in whole or in part, when he or she determines that both of the following factors are present:
(1) The consumer services
program fund exceeds the projected acceptable minimum fund balance level
approved by the office of financial management;
(2) The fees paid by escrow agents equals or
exceeds the costs of the licensing, examinations, and enforcement escrow
program; and
(3) That such course
of action would be fiscally prudent.
