Wash. Admin. Code § 222-08-080 - Protection of public records
(1) No
person shall knowingly alter, deface, or destroy public records of the board,
except as allowed by law.
(2)
Original public records or portions thereof shall not be removed from the
premises by the public, except board members may retain their individual
notes.
(3) Records furnished for
inspection shall be returned in their original condition and in the same
sequence or organization as when furnished.
