Wash. Admin. Code § 222-08-151 - Reporting procedures

The department shall:
(1) Survey and identify all silviculturally
related nonpoint sources of pollution and related control programs in the
state;
(2) Prepare an analysis of
the above activities and programs; and
(3) Report and recommend to the forest
practices board and to the governor additional rules, procedures and/or methods
necessary for the control of such sources to the extent feasible.
