Wash. Admin. Code § 230-06-051 - Computation of time
(1) When a
period of time is in commission rules, orders, or statute, the period begins to
run on the day after the act, event, or default. The last day of the period is
included, unless it is a Saturday, Sunday or a legal holiday, in which case the
period runs until the end of the next day that is not a Saturday, Sunday or a
legal holiday.
(2) When the period
is less than seven days, exclude Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays in the
calculation.
(3) This section does
not apply to periods of license suspension.
