Wash. Admin. Code § 230-17-050 - Standards of ethical conduct
(1) Anyone appearing in proceedings before
the commission in a representative capacity must conform to the standards of
ethical conduct the courts of Washington require of attorneys.
(2) If the person does not conform to these
standards, the commission may decline to allow that person to appear before
them.
