Wash. Admin. Code § 230-17-105 - Excerpts from documentary evidence
(1) When parties rely only on portions of a
document, the offering party must:
(a)
Prepare the pertinent excerpts; and
(b) Adequately identify them; and
(c) Supply copies to the presiding officer
and the other parties, with a statement indicating the purpose for which the
excerpts will be offered.
(2) The offering party must make the whole
original document available for examination and for use by all parties.
However, only the excerpts must be received in the record.
