Wash. Admin. Code § 230-17-130 - Settlement conferences
(1) Any
party to an adjudicative proceeding may request a settlement conference, with
or without an administrative law judge (ALJ), to discuss a possible settlement
of the case.
(2) If a settlement is
reached, it must be a written order to be signed by all parties and the
presiding officer.
