(1) The administration of the board is consolidated in one office - The environmental and land use hearings office. All correspondence shall be mailed to the physical address of the board:

(2) The filing of all petitions, briefs, exhibits, and other documents related to any proceeding before a regional panel shall be made to the board, through its administrative office, the environmental and land use hearings office. However, each filing must be sent to the appropriate regional panel email inbox and must indicate the appropriate regional panel's name - Eastern, Western, or Central Puget Sound.
