Wash. Admin. Code § 242-03-140 - Signing of pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
Every pleading, motion and legal memorandum of a party shall be dated and signed by the party, or the party's attorney or other authorized representative and include an address, telephone and electronic mail address.
