Wash. Admin. Code § 246-282-120 - Penalty clause

Any person found violating any of the provisions of these regulations or chapter 69.30 RCW is guilty of a gross misdemeanor, and upon conviction will be subject to:

(1) A fine; or

(2) Imprisonment in the county jail of the county in which the offense was committed; or

(3) Both fine and imprisonment.
