Wash. Admin. Code § 260-28-130 - May not employ unlicensed veterinarian
Owners and trainers will only employ veterinarians who are properly licensed by the Washington state department of health and the commission. Racing associations will use all reasonable efforts to prevent unlicensed veterinarians from practicing on their grounds.
