Wash. Admin. Code § 284-51-250 - Applicability and scope - Effective date for existing contracts
This chapter applies to all plans, as defined in WAC 284-51-195 that are issued, amended or renewed after December 31, 2007. All plans issued prior to January 1, 2008 must be compliant with this chapter on that date.
