Wash. Admin. Code § 284-87-160 - Additional notice required
Any notice of cancellation or nonrenewal of midwifery or birthing center insurance given by an insurer to a licensee potentially eligible for coverage through the association shall include or be accompanied by an explanation of the licensee's right and procedure to obtain insurance through the association.
