Wash. Admin. Code § 296-05-013 - On-the-job training programs
(1) An on-the-job training program involves
two thousand or fewer hours of employment in an occupation for which there is
no registered apprenticeship program established in accordance with these
rules.
(2) On-the-job training
programs may be established in accordance with these rules.
(3) The supervisor of apprenticeship may
approve on-the-job training programs. The WSATC may review the supervisor 's
approval, or make exceptions to these rules for on-the-job training
programs.
