Wash. Admin. Code § 296-104-150 - Inspection - How are unfired steam boilers classified?
Unfired steam boilers as defined in WAC 296-104-010 operating at pressures of 50 psi or more shall be inspected as power boilers. Unfired steam boilers operating at less than 50 psi shall be inspected as unfired pressure vessels.
