Wash. Admin. Code § 296-126-220 - Minors' occupations
No minor worker shall be employed in any occupation which the department of labor and industries, through the industrial welfare committee, shall declare to be particularly hazardous for minors under the age specified in the minor work permit regulation, chapter 296-125 WAC.
