Wash. Admin. Code § 296-15-570 - Self-insured third-party administrator (TPA) license suspension and revocation
A TPA's license may become provisional, suspended, or revoked if:
(1) Demonstrates a continuing
practice of failure to maintain requirements or correct deficiencies. The
department may consider issuing a directive listing the specific areas of
noncompliance and requiring correction within time frames established by the
department; and
(2) If the
corrections are not made timely, then the department may issue an order of
suspension or revocation in accordance with
RCW
51.52.050.
