Wash. Admin. Code § 296-150C-1200 - Installation instructions
The manufacturer must provide printed instructions upon request for each commercial coach specifying the following:
(1) The location and required capacity of
stabilizing devices, such as tie downs, piers, and blocking;
(2) Devices and methods used to connect all
components and systems including, chassis and utilities; and
(3) Leveling, including releveling.
