Wash. Admin. Code § 296-150V-0560 - What happens if I receive a notice of noncompliance after inspection of the alteration to my conversion vendor unit or medical unit?
(1) If your
conversion vendor unit or medical unit alteration does not pass our inspection,
you will receive a notice of noncompliance. The notice of noncompliance
explains what items must be corrected.
(2) You have twenty days after receiving the
notice of noncompliance to send us a written response to explain how you will
correct the violations.
(3) You are
not allowed to sell, lease, offer for sale or use the altered conversion vendor

approve the corrections, and you must pay any required inspection and insignia
fees listed in WAC
