Wash. Admin. Code § 296-301-100 - Mercerizing range (piece goods)
(1) Stopping devices. A stopping device must
be provided at each end of the machine.
(2) Frame ends. A guard must be installed at
each end of the frame between the in-running chain and the clip opener, to
prevent the worker's fingers from being caught.
(3) Mangle and washers. The nip at the
in-running rolls must conform to WAC
296-301-04503(4).
