Wash. Admin. Code § 296-305-01513 - Safe place standards
(1) The
employer must furnish and require the use of appropriate safety devices and
safeguards. All work methods, and operations must be so designed as to promote
the safety and health of employees. The employer must do everything reasonably
necessary to protect the safety and health of employees.
(2) No firefighter or other employee,
employer or employer representative must:
(a)
Remove, displace, damage, destroy or carry off any safety device, safeguard,
notice or warning furnished for use in any employment or place of
employment.
(b) Interfere in any
way with the use of any safety device, method or process adopted for the
protection of any employee.
