Wash. Admin. Code § 296-305-05103 - Technical rescue training
(1)
Training must be provided to correspond to the operational level of the fire
department. All fire departments which will be expected to perform at the
operations level or higher operational level must be trained to that level.

Continuing education necessary to maintain all requirements of the level of
capability must be provided by the fire department.
(3) The training program must be evaluated
annually to ensure the fire department is prepared to function at the
established operational level.
(4)
All required training must be documented. Documentation must be maintained and
available for inspection by employees, their representatives, and the
department of labor and industries.
