Wash. Admin. Code § 296-56-60227 - River banks
(1) This section
applies to temporary installations or temporary operations near a river
bank.
(2) You must ensure that the
outer perimeter of the working surface is protected by posting or other
portable protection such as roping off, and that employees wear a personal
flotation device meeting the requirements of WAC
296-56-60115(2),
where working surfaces at river banks slope so steeply that an employee could
slip or fall into the water.
