Wash. Admin. Code § 296-56-60247 - Prohibited operations
(1) You must
make sure spray painting and abrasive blasting operations are not conducted in
the vicinity of cargo handling operations.
(2) You must make sure welding and burning
operations are not conducted in the vicinity of cargo handling operations
unless such hot work is part of the cargo operation.
