Wash. Admin. Code § 296-806-30012 - Safeguard cams, connecting rods, tail rods, and extension piston rods
(1) You must
safeguard cams, connecting rods, tail rods, or extension piston rods that could
be contacted by employees.

(2)
You must make sure guardrails used to safeguard the side or ends of rods are at
least fifteen inches away from the rod when it is fully extended.
