Wash. Admin. Code § 296-807-15050 - Inspect and maintain tools properly
(1) You must make sure any tool that is not
in proper working condition is:
(a)
Immediately removed from service;
(b) Tagged;
(c) Properly repaired as specified in the
manufacturer's instructions before being used again.
(2) You must regularly service the tool and
inspect it for worn or damaged parts at intervals recommended by the tool
manufacturer.
(3) You must replace
worn or damaged parts before the tool is used. This must be done:
(a) By a qualified person;
(b) Using only parts supplied by the tool
manufacturer.
(4) You
must keep a written record of inspection dates.
